Scope:  This specification covers the Automatic Lead Selector - In-Circuit Checker plug-in module used in conjunction with the Transistor Test Set, AN/USM-136 which is one type of transistor test set used to test transistors, semiconductor diodes and other semiconductor devices. The plug-in Automatic Lead Selector - In-Circuit Checker shall be hereinafter referred to as the "module".
