Overview

Title:  Module, Plug-In, Automatic Lead Selector, In-Circuit Checker for Test Set, Transistor, AN/USM 136 Scope:  This specification covers the Automatic Lead Selector - In-Circuit Checker plug-in module used in conjunction with the Transistor Test Set, AN/USM-136 which is one type of transistor test set used to test transistors, semiconductor diodes and other semiconductor devices.
