Overview
Title:  Installation of Fixed Guns and Associated Equipment in Naval Aircraft
Scope:  This specification establishes the minimum requirements for the installation of all types of fixed guns and associated equipment including ammunition feed and ejection systems in naval aircraft. Installation details such as mounting arrangements and fastening devices for the separate component equipments of the gun Installations are contained on drawings or in other publications specifically applicable to the various equipments. In addition to installation requirements. certain functional requirements for components of the installations are contained herein. Also contained herein are certain inspection and test procedures applicable to the installations covered by this specification. This specification does not contain requirements for gun fire control equipment or gun boresight alignment.
