Overview
Title:  MARKING TECHNICAL DATA PREPARED BY OR FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (NO S/S DOCUMENT)
Scope:  All DoD components responsible for technical data shall determine the distribution availability and arrange to mark them appropriately before primary distribution. Distribution statements and export-control statements, supplemental to any security markings, shall be marked on all data to denote the intended audience to authorize secondary distribution without additional specific approval of the controlling office.
