Scope:
This specification covers the general requirements for aircraft electric motors and, together with the detail specification or with the military standard (MS) containing equivalent information, as described in 3.5.2, forms the complete specification for procurement of aircraft electric motors operable from 115 200-volt, 400-cycle, alternating current systems.
