Overview
Title:  Bitumen-Saturated Cotton Fabrics Used In Roofing and Waterproofing
Scope:  This specification covers woven cotton fabrics saturated with either asphalt or coal-tar pitch intended to be used with asphalts conforming to Specifications D312 or D449, coal-tar pitches conforming to Specification D450, or appropriate solvent bearing bituminous materials in the construction of roofing and waterproofing systems.
