Scope:
This handbook has been prepared as a guide for the implementation of the Department of Defense (DoD) Parts Control Program (PCP) and is intended for use as a reference book by the military departments and other Government agencies and associated contractors. The handbook contains information, suggested approaches, and examples to assist in determining appropriate PCP requirements on a contract-by-contract basis.
