Overview

Title:  Adhesive Bonded Aerospace Structure Repair Scope:  This handbook contains a description of standard methods for the repair of bonded-sandwich-and metal-laminate-type aircraft construction. The items covered include prerepair damage evaluation, preparation of the part for repair, a description of the materials, and repair procedures. The repair methods designated in section 6.0 will cover the majority of small damage repair cases. These methods have been selected from those used in the current aircraft repair technical orders (T.O.'s). Large area repairs are covered in section 7.0.
