Title:  MAT, FLOOR, CELLULOSIC PILE YARNS, FLAME RETARDANT (RENTAL SERVICE) (NO S/S DOCUMENT) Scope:  This specification covers the requirements for laundered and treated floor mats to be furnished to the Government by commercial services on a rental basis.
