Overview
Title:  CONTRACTUAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING MACHINE ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES (NO S/S DOCUMENT)
Scope:  The purpose of this standard is to outline in detail the items, procedures and required frequency of contractor inspection and maintenance visits necessary to accomplish satisfactory dishwashing and santizing operations, based upon the average operating conditions and duration of dishwashing activity within a mess area.
