Overview

Title:  Detection, Identification, and Prevention of Pest Infestation of Subsistence Scope:  This standard describes a set of practices that enable DoD personnel to effectively detect, prevent, and reduce the impact of infestation and contamination of subsistence items from exposure to insects, rodents, birds, or other animals. The practices described in this standard delineate inspection procedures, evidence collection techniques and equipment, sampling methods, and disposition procedures.
