Overview

Title:  Visual Inspection Standards and Inspection Procedures for Inspection of Packaging, Packing and Marking of Small Arms Ammunition Scope:  This standard prescribes procedures for the inspection of packaging, packing and marking of small arms ammunition. It specifies the extent of the inspection of the container contents, the containers themselves, and overpacks of such containers. It also supplies classification of defects, verification levels, and visual defect standards, when necessary.
