Overview

Title:  Coating, Elastomeric, Polyurethane, Rain-Erosion Scope:  This specification establishes the requirements for rain erosion coatings with a maximum volatile organic compound (VOC) content of 420 grams/liter (g/L) (3.5 pounds/gallon (lb/gal)) for use on exterior aircraft structures. The antistatic component (if applicable) will have a maximum VOC limit of 720 grams/liter (g/L) (6.0 lb/gallon (lb/gal)).
