Overview
Title:  Dough Mixing Machine, Continuous (with Liquid Sponge Blending and Fermentation (No S/S Document)
Scope:  This specification covers a continuous dough mixing and liquid sponge fermentation machine. The unit has a maximum output capacity of 300 pounds of bread dough per hour and includes processing equipment necessary to blend, ferment, and mix the ingredients of the dough and to continuously develop the product in the required form for final proofing or baking.
