Scope:  This specification covers two (2) pairs of parallel stranded conductors, each pair commonly insulated with high density polyethylene; the pairs twisted together to form a four (4) wire voice/frequency telephone cable designated as Telephone Cable WF-16( )/U (see 6.5 ).
