Scope:

The purpose of this agreement is to provide a reference document that provides member nations with:
a. A known minimum competence level of member nation NDT training and certification for maintenance assistance.
b. Member Nation NDT SME points of contact and NDT capability.
c. A foundation document for progressing:
(1) Partnerships on NDT projects.
(2) Harmonisation and interoperability of NDT capabilities.
