Overview
Title:  Responsibilities and Procedures for Constructing, Installing and Inspecting Container Delivery System (CDS) and Heavy Equipment (HE) Airdrop Loads
Scope:  The purpose of this agreement is to standardise the division of responsibilities
between the airlifting nation and the rigging nation for building, installing and inspecting airdrop
loads during combined operations. The intent of this agreement is to facilitate airdrop of any
given CDS or HE airdrop load approved by the Airlift Nation (Air Force) rigged by the Rigging
Nation (Transported Force). This agreement standardizes the process of CDS and HE load
inspection and acceptance between any two AFIC nations.
