Overview
Title:  Computed (Digital) Radiography Imaging System
Scope:  This commercial item description provides the minimum requirements for a computed radiography (CR) digital radiographic imaging system suitable for nondestructive inspection of a variety of metallic and non-metallic products used in military aircraft maintenance environments, which may be located at fixed military bases or deployed to austere forward operating locations. This document contains system specifications necessary to meet Department of Defense (DoD) requirements for radiographic inspections such as foreign object detection, water entrapment, fatigue crack detection, and welder certification.
