Overview

Title:  Material Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250) Scope:  The Material Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250) provides a contractual delivery mechanism for separate and distinct deliverables (separately or not separately priced). Copies of DD Form 250 can be obtained at: https://www.esd.whs.mil/Directives/forms/. It is intended to document the inspection, acceptance, receipt and delivery of the service or product.  This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content and intended information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract statement of work (SOW).
