Scope:

The Structural Design Criteria (SDC) Report shall contain the information necessary to delineate and expand the system mission requirements into structural terms and requirements. This report forms the basis for creation of program unique engineering standards that will be used to meet the structural design requirements and achieve the needed operational, maintenance, engineering, and test capabilities.
