Overview

Title:  Vehicle Operator Qualifications Scope:  The purpose of this agreement is to create a document that standardizes national driver licensing and qualification requirements, such that interoperable procedures will be established for:  The use of national vehicle assets in support of other nation’s aircraft.  Drivers operating another nation’s mechanically propelled vehicles, where appropriate.  Drivers operating other mechanically propelled vehicles on flight line side.  Drivers operating other mechanically propelled vehicles off flight line side.
