Overview
Title:  Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Implementation Plan
Scope:  The DMSMS Implementation Plan will be used to assess how the contractor plans to implement the requirements of the program’s DMSMS Plan for identifying and managing the loss, or impending loss, of manufacturers or suppliers of parts and/or material required for sustained operational availability of the program’s systems.
