Overview
Title:  Aircraft and Ground Support Equipment Electrical Connections for Static Grounding
Scope:  The purpose of this agreement is to standardize the electrical connections for static grounding, the methods and procedures to be used on aircraft and ground support equipment to safely dissipate static charges, and the procedures to ensure personnel safety during aircraft servicing and ground handling. While this standard covers most rotary wing aircraft operations, it does not cover rotary wing earthing requirements during hover loading and unloading operations.
