Scope:

The purpose of this agreement is to provide ASIC Nations’ strategic and operational commanders with fundamental principles for the planning, execution and support of joint operations for which the threat and/or risk of intentional or accidental use of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) substances are either assessed or exist.
