Hose Assembly, Preformed Flexible, Vibration and Motion Isolation (No S/S Document)
Scope:
This specification covers requirements for a preformed one-piece construction flex hose assembly (continuous hose assembly) with captured end-flanges that are free to rotate (spin). Pressure capabilities of any hose meeting the first article tests prescribed herein are acceptable, however, the nominal pressure capability, which will vary by hose size, is expected to range around 150 pounds per square inch gauge (psig). Details concerning vibration dampening characteristics are beyond the scope of this document (see 6.1).
