Scope:
This specification covers the design, fabrication and testing necessary for the manufacture of the Modem, Digital Data, MD-1065/G. This unit is also known as the Radio Modem (RM) and is one of the electronic units that comprise the Digital Group Multiplex (DGM) family of cable system equipment developed by the Joint Tactical Command, Control and Communications Agency (JTC3A, formerly TRI-TAC). See 6.1 for intended use and functional description of the unit.
