Overview

Title:  Cleaner, Steam, Pressure Jet, Diesel Fuel Fired, Skid Mounted (No S/S Document) Scope:  This specification covers a skid mounted, electric motor driven, diesel fuel fired, pressure jet steam cleaner and pressure washer. The cleaner specified is the continuous coil type, with no space for steam accumulation, in which water is heated to a temperature below the saturation temperature for the pressure in the coil and is discharged from the nozzle at high velocity. The cleaner should discharge no less than 600 gallons per hour (gph) of saturated steam at a pressure of no less than 200 pounds per square inch gage (psig) and no less than 500 gph of hot and cold water at a pressure of no less than 400 psig.
