Overview

Title:  Cap, Synthetic Microfleece Scope:  This commercial item description covers the requirements for a synthetic microfleece cap that provides the necessary military appearance and functionality required by the Services. The material and design provide the environmental protection, low bulk, lightweight, durability and user comfort needed for wear in field and combat operations other than war. The cap is compatible with the military helmet and Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) parka hood.
