Scope:  This commercial item description (CID) describes an automated upgradeable oscilloscope calibration workstation with minimum amplitude of ± 200 Volts direct current (DC) into a 1 megaohm (MΩ) load with an accuracy of ± 0.025% + 25 microvolts (μvolts). This oscilloscope calibrator CID uses oscilloscope calibrator with active head for required specifications.
