Overview
Title:  PROCEDURE FOR PROTECTING AIRCREW DURING ROUTINE OPERATIONS IN COLD CLIMATE
Scope:  To provide a framework upon which to build suitable protective procedures and training programs for cold-weather protection of personnel, addressing problems of cold injury and frostbite as well as the subtler biomedical effects of cold which can significantly impair human performance and increase accident rates.
