Overview
Title:  THE APPLICATION OF HUMAN ENGINEERING TO ADVANCED AIRCREW SYSTEMS
Scope:  The objective of this AIR STD is to standardize methods for the integration of human engineering procedures with the design and development of advanced aircrew systems. Furthermore, the objective is to provide a basis for agreement between contractors and procuring agencies on the scope and human engineering/ergonomics effort in a specific project, the work items to be undertaken, the techniques to be used, and the criteria for acceptance of the work.
