Overview

Title:  Library Collection Development Selection Scheme and Central Funds Budget Submission Scope:  The collection development plan describes by classification category what types of materials what information materials and services will purchased and how in depth the collection will be. The plan drives the budget requirements that are submitted for central funds annually. Base budget submissions are consolidated at the MAJCOM and used by the Air Force Library and Information System for its financial plan submission.
