Overview
Title:  Analytical Condition Inspection (ACI) Report
Scope:  The Analytical Condition Inspection (ACI) Report will be used to reveal damage (flaw, defect, crack, corrosion, disbond, delamination, discontinuity, or other type that degrades or has the potential to degrade the performance of the affected component) that may not otherwise be detected through normal technical order (TO) and programmed depot maintenance (PDM) inspections and to provide data for engineering and technical evaluations of the relative condition of the mission, design and series (MDS) aircraft. Data generated through ACI Reports is used to refine mandatory aircraft inspection programs (field and depot).
