Overview
Title:  High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Protection for Ground-Based Facilities Performing Critical, Time-Urgent Missions Part 2 - Transportable Systems
Scope:  This standard establishes minimum performance requirements and design objectives for high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) hardening of transportable ground-based systems that perform critical, time-urgent missions. Systems required to fully comply with the provisions of the standard will be designated by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a Military Department Headquarters or Major Command.
