Title:  Instructional Media Requirements Document
Scope:  The Instructional Media Requirements Document provides specifications for the media selection model used, a description of primary and alternate media requirements, and functional requirements for the instructional delivery system. Its purpose is to serve as the baseline for instructional media performance specifications.
