Overview

Title:  Preservation and Packing Data Scope:  This Data Item Description (DID) specifies the required data and format of packaging data to be submitted for parts and equipment packaged by the contractor.  This DID identifies the format and content preparation instructions for preservation and packing data resulting from the work task described by 4.1 of MIL-STD-2073-1. The data must be prepared for common, selective, and special group items defined in MIL-STD-2073-1.
