Overview
Title:  Truck, Fire Fighting, (Brush)
Scope:  This commercial item description (CID) covers a commercial brush fire truck. It is on a 4x4 chassis with a diesel engine, an automatic transmission, and a two-person cab with two doors. The brush fire truck has a mounted utility body, containing a modular agent and delivery system, as well as fire fighting tools and equipment. When specified (see 6.2), the truck can be equipped with a compressed air foam system (CAFS). The brush fire truck is intended to combat wildland and brush type fires.
