Overview

Title:  Human Engineering Program Process and Procedures (S/S by MIL-STD-46855) Scope:  This handbook provides human engineering (HE) (a) program tasks, (b) procedures and preferred practices, and (c) methods for application to system acquisition. The program tasks outline the work to be accomplished by a contractor or subcontractor in conducting an HE effort integrated with the total system engineering and development effort. They serve as a basis for offerors to provide HE program information during the solicitation process.
