Overview

Title:  Hose, Synthetic Rubber, Synthetic Fiber Reinforced, for Flexible Hose Assemblies, General Specification for Scope:  This specification covers the requirements for flexible, synthetic fiber reinforced rubber hose and hose assemblies for use with reusable end fittings for low, medium, and high-pressure service in water, oil, and gas systems. These hoses are not suitable for use in drinking (potable) water systems (see 3.3).
