Rubber or Plastic Sheets and Assembled and Molded Shapes, Synthetic, Foam or Sponge, Open Cell
Scope:
This specification covers inherently flame-resistant flexible foam or sponge materials with low emission of smoke and toxic products to be used for cushioning applications, such as upholstered furniture, and for packaging applications. The foam will consist of synthetic rubber or plastic synthetic material and will be open cell. The foam will be assembled in the form of sheets or molded shapes.
