Overview
Title:  Multimeter, Handheld, 3/23 Digit, Combination Multimeter/Oscilloscope (No S/S Document)
Scope:  This CID covers the general requirements for a hand held, combination multimeter/oscilloscope which provides the functionality of a 3 2/3 digit, digital multimeter with greater than 3000 counts resolution and a 50 MHZ, 25 mega-samples per second sample rate, dual-channel digital storage oscilloscope with memory to store and recall 8 waverforms. For the purpose of this CID, multimeter/oscilloscope are referred to herein as the instrument. This instrument shall be capable of simultaneous display of the input waveform and the selected multimeter function. Instruments covered by this CID are intended for commercial/industrial applications.
