Title:  TITLING OF HAND-HELD IMAGERY (WET) Scope:  The purpose of this agreement is to standardize the titling and reproduction of imagery which is reproduced as single frames for intelligence purposes, and which is exposed with hand-held cameras, so as to facilitate the handling, use and interchange of this imagery between the ASCC member nations.
