Scope:

The purpose of this agreement is to adopt a standard method of reporting the geodetic position accuracies of HYBRID NAVIGATION SYSTEMS. The term HYBRID, in this case, refers to a navigation system employing both a self-contained system (INS, DOPPLER) and externally-referenced system (OMEGA, TACAN, GPS, etc).
