Title:  PICKETING OR TIEDOWN FITTINGS FOR SHIPBORNE AIRCRAFT (INCLUDING HELICOPTERS) Scope:  The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that the picketing or tie-down fittings on shipborne aircraft (including helicopters) will accept the attachment hooks of each country¿s deck securing gear and to facilitate picketing of the shipborne aircraft (including helicopters) of one country on the ships of the others.
