Overview
Title:  UL Standard for Safety Steel Tanks for Oil-Burner Fuels and Other Combustible Liquids
Scope:  These requirements cover the design and construction of welded steel tanks of the atmospheric type with a maximum capacity of 60 to 660 gallons (227 ato 2500 L) intended for unenclosed installation inside of buildings or for outside aboveground applications as permitted by the Standard for Installation of Oil-Burning Equipment, NFPA 31, primarily for the storage and supply of fuel oil for oil burners.
