Overview
Title:  Reflector and Flag Warning Kit, Highway
Scope:  The highway reflector and flag warning kit covered by this specification shall consist of three reflecting units with three red flags in a metal box, rack, or bracket (see 1.2). Each reflecting unit shall have two reflector elements (bidirectional) (see 3.3 and 3.4), and shall be a compact unit which can be quickly set up as a highway warning device. The reflecting units and red flags are used for warning the driver of an approaching vehicle of the presence of a stopped or disabled vehicle on the roadway.
